CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service price. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to shorten or reschedule their appointment, and a cancellation fee may apply. All deposits and booking fees are nonrefundable but may be transferred once when the appointment is rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. We truly appreciate your understanding and respect for our time.
